Overview:

Our client is a established business in the Insurance industry and they are seeking to hire a Connectivity Specialist who is experienced in diagnosing, reporting, and resolving data and firewall problems.

Experience in Technical Support/Customer Service/Service Desk
Support Experience in diagnosing, reporting, and resolving or correcting data connectivity, firewalls and networking problems.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

MUST HAVE
-3+ Years in IT Support Role post-grad., or 5+ years without a degree.

-Must be fully vaccinated at the time of hire

Note: this is an on-site role and is 3+ Months contract-to-hire

Shift TBD but can include on-call weekends and after-hours with remote support would/if need arises.
