Your role will be to contact new employers and manage existing ones, in order to generate new vacancies.Once done, our team of trained headhunters will send you several profiles for each vacancy so that you can simply forward them to your client, who will begin interviewing them. When a candidate is selected by your client for a permanent hire, we charge employers on average 15% of the candidate's annual gross salary.
