Front Office Cashier handles funds, traveller's cheque, credit cards and direct billing requests properly.
Responsibilities :
1. Operate front office posting software
2. Obtain the house bank and keep it balanced
3. Clarify customers question or concerns about the charges on their bills
Qualification :
1. High school graduate or equivalent
2. Previous hotel-related experience desired
3. xperience in operating hotel front office software.
