4. KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description of the Accountability

Performance Indicators (How accountability is measured)

· Conveys importance of design processes and strategy to non-designers

· Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs to stakeholders

· Conduct standard UX workshops; Research, Interviews, Card sorting, AB testing, Design Thinking, etc.

· Able to apply accessibility guidelines, performance-friendly design, responsiveness guidelines, Arabic- friendly etc. in their designs

· Develop and maintain design wireframes & mock-ups/prototypes for illustration purpose

· User flows, mental models, journey maps, personas, etc.

· Work collaboratively in diverse, cross-departmental teams and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders; PMs, developers, Analysts, and business users

· Ideating/brainstorming on solutions to identify problems and user goals

· Give and solicit feedback/guidance from other designers to continually raise the bar for design quality

· Help lead improvements to process and relationships beyond scope of individual work


· Effective alignment of design to business requirements

· Effective presentation and justification of designs

· Providing end to end design solutions for the business case

· Effectively support the development/business team in understanding the design behaviours

· Effective coordination with development team to understand feasibility of backend capabilities or feasibility of design against time constraints












Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Education: A bachelor\'s degree in information technology or a related field Minimum Experience and Knowledge: At least 6-7 years of experience in SAP Security Implementation & support activities in ECC, BI, R3 platforms. The candidate should also possess end-to-end implementation experience of SAP GRC Access Control Solutions in cross industry sectors for at least 2-3 engagements. Job-Specific Skills: a) Good administrative, communication and Interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, general business systems knowledge. b) Requirement Analysis, Solution Design and documentation in the area of SAP Security/Authorizations. Support and development of SAP Security/Authorizations controls c) Ensure SLA’s and Audit Compliance d) Analytical, problem solving, logical, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills. e) SAP Authorization management knowledge in Business wise- Retail/Automotive/Finance/Real Estate/BPC/BI/BO & HR System wise- SAP ERP (IS Auto and IS Retail), S4 HANA, SAP GRC 10.1/12.0 , SAP BI, SAP BO, SAP BPC, SAP PI, SAP Portal, SAP Solution Manager, etc.
