Real Estate Agent

Objectives

• Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasingrealestateproperty for the best price and terms
• Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis
• Develop business networks and collaborate with contractors, mortgage lenders, and attorneys
• Develop expert knowledge regardingrealestatebest practices, market standards, mortgage financing, neighborhoods, and all buying and selling considerations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them
  property consultancy services.
• Select and show homes and properties that meet clients’ needs, identifying the best options to meet those needs, refining needs along the way
• Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up forsale.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies.
• Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, and market through open houses, advertisements, networking, and relationships
• Maintain a database of commercial, industrial, and residential properties
  available on the property market.
• Head up the negotiations with industry professionals and clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy
• Build and establish good working relationship with legal counsels andother consulting professionals to exchange ideas and expand personal network.
• Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to
  reach a favorable bargain
• Conduct surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding
  profitable property investments. Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments.

Skills & Qualifications

• Realestateagent or broker’s license
• Proven track record inrealestate, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as aRealEstateAgent in UAE
• With valid UAE driving license
• Must have good knowledge in the Abu Dhabirealestatemarket, and is up-to-date with market trends
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Capacity to write, interpret, and assess lease agreements.
