As part of our AWS MS Engineering team, you will work with our enterprise level clients providing medium to advanced troubleshooting support services in AWS Serverless Concepts and Services. Our engineers will work with established customers to maintain the recurring revenue center in business and:
Work with a variety of clients and projects to maintain customer system performance
Build and customise new features in client systems, including web applications, reporting applications, and troubleshooting tools
Answer trouble tickets and provide guidance to customers via email, phone, and video conferences
Maintain and update products and tools in an effort to improve and expand our offerings to clients
Requirements
⢠Experience with managing small teams and operating in a distributed organisation
⢠Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
⢠3+ years of development experience with a focus on Node.JS working with AWS services
⢠Advanced understanding of the way the web works
⢠Functional understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum
⢠Ability to accept constructive feedback
⢠Desire to provide assistance to other team members
⢠The ideal candidate seeks to understand before prescribing a solution
â¢A love for technology and the latest and greatest in development best practices, especially the latest services from AWS
⢠Willingness to stand up for your convictions and yet commit to the teamâs decision
Desired Skills:
â¢Familiarity with the Serverless Framework (serverless.com)
⢠Python experience
â¢Experience with technologies such as AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation
