Coders Connect are partnering with a group of problem solvers that work on the AWS CX Eco-system designing, building and supporting the AWS CX stack for global brands. Amazon Connect is disputing the customer CX market with Artificial Intelligence and API driven customer experiences with a cloud first approach.

As part of our AWS MS Engineering team, you will work with our enterprise level clients providing medium to advanced troubleshooting support services in AWS Serverless Concepts and Services. Our engineers will work with established customers to maintain the recurring revenue center in business and:
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge ofAWS Well-Architected Framework and experience in designing and operating reliable, secure, efficient, and cost-effective systems in the cloud
- In-depth knowledge of the architectural principles and services.
- Experience indeveloping technical cloud strategy
- Experience with AWS serverless/microservices concepts and services
- Experience writing and editing software using vanilla JavaScript/TypeScript/Python/Node.js
- Ability to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems, collaborate with customers and with teammates to solve problems without much guidance
- Clear communication and a sense of urgency is important
- Curiosity is important in helping these engineers to determine the best way to build enhancements into client systems
