Job Description

Our client, a leading automotive entity based in Abu Dhabi is urgently looking for a Administration Assistant.


Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support and managing their queries.
  • Managing office stock, preparing regular reports
  • Create reports using office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Write email and provide verbal update on things happening at the production area
  • Maintain and update order databases of clients
  • And Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documentsOther Admin duties


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:


  • a diploma or degree holder
  • minimum of 2 years of general administration experience
  • willing to work in Sharjah
  • willing to work in a predominantly male environment
  • willing to work in a production / factory set up
  • willing to stay the company provided accommodation
  • can work alternate 5 and 6 days in a month
