Responsibilities:
• Responsible for engagement and regional marketing plans
• Define and manage engagement strategy and marketing plans for MENA
• Build a scalable and logical process utilizing historical data and Flex performance standards.
• Manage the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key performance indicators, developing mechanisms that provide actionable insights to audit and optimize engagement for our Delivery Partners
• Oversee the execution of regional marketing strategies for acquisition, including managing local marketing campaigns
• Manage regional marketing strategies for engagement, including regional events
• Test and learn to propose new concepts for regional rollout, provide input and thought leadership on new tool capabilities and enhancements
• Monitor Delivery Partner sentiment and act as the expert on their needs
