- Manage Bank accounts, Monthly Bank reconciliations.
- Payments of expenses (Planned as per cashflow position)
- Handling Payments to insurance companies for policies in routine,
- Preparation of payment proposal, make payments and allocations of policies accordingly.
- Make sure to do the required for payments to insurance companies and manage them according to agreed payment terms.
- Payment for commission to sub brokers (Both life insurance & General insurance)
- Posting invoices for Life Insurance Accounts.
- Maintain reserve accounts for life agents.
- Quarterly closing of accounts along with reconciliation of insurance companies.
- Gratuity / Accruals / Depreciation schedule will be the responsibility.
- Preparing reports and financial analysis.
Requirements
- Professional qualification ACCA, CA Inter.
- Ability to manage with deadlines.
- 2 years experience in relevant industry.
- Should be strong in reconciliations.
- Sigorta users will be added advantage.
