JOB Descriptions:
- accept individual consumer complaints regarding telecommunication services
- Maintain Consumer Registry Database and data entry with accuracy
- Identify, resolve and consult of consumer complaints as well as contracts and
other legal or operational issues
- Prepare Internal reports and statistics regarding consumer complaints
- Monitoring of Licensees' compliance
- Assisting on the development of consumer-related regulatory framework then
providing input and accumulating relevant Information
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
- atleast 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in telcom sector as legal advisor
- requires good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
- Knowledge of Arabic and English Language
- Ability to handle consumer complaints and follow them up effectively
- Ability to handle different projects simultaneously at the same time
- Detail-oriented and ability to analyse
