Responsibilities:
• Identify the client’s requirements andexpectations for each event.
• Liaise withvendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planningprocess to ensure everything is in order.
• Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-upprocesses.
• Maintain event budgets.
• Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedulespeakers.
• Conduct final inspections on the dayof the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’sstandards.
• Assess an event’s overallsuccess and submit findings.
