You will perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations of the Office/your department and support personnel in their tasks, according to our policies and local requirements
Responsibilities :
1. Perform office responsibilities: type up documents, perform filing, update computer records, use office equipment like printers, photocopiers and fax machines
2. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies and ordering new supplies
3. Ensure office equipment is functioning by completing preventive maintenance requirements and managing repairs.
4. Schedule meetings and ensure venues and equipment for meetings. Take notes during meetings and prepare meeting minutes
5. Make all travel arrangements for staff.
Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree in commerce, arts, administration, or equivalent
2. referably from 3 to 5 years of experience in administration.
3. Strong ability to perform different tasks simultaneously,
