Job Description

• Greet and seat customers in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner
• Offer, fill, and refill water and beverage glasses and also try to upsell
• Take accurate orders, provide information, give suggestions about menu items
• If asked, explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
• Make sure the order is prepared according to the menu or as requested by the customer
• Ensure that continued service is managed during the course of the meal
• Keep an eye on the table to identify needs and fulfill them immediately
