HR Assistant Manager cum PRO

We are looking for an HR Asst. Manager cum PRO to join us at Palma Beach Resort. Candidates MUST have proven previous experience in Human Resource and PRO works, and have an understanding of UAE Labor laws & disciplinary procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visa Processing, Trade License Renewals and other PRO works.
• Scheduling job interviews
• Prepare Job Offers, Warning letters, Memorandums, Termination letters as per business requirements.
• Update and monitor HR database (PayTRAX)
• Monthly accommodation inspections and ensuring it is well maintained.
• Process employee request with policies and procedures like cash advance, passport release, leave settlements, leave applications etc.
• Maintaining employee records or files up to date.
• Making requisitions (Web Prol'IFIC) for the things needed in HR or for employees (name tag, uniforms and others)
• Maintain the employees’ attendance and generate the Overtime report for the salary purpose.
• Calculating gratuity and leave settlement reports for resigned employee or staff going on leave on HRMS.
• Coordinate with the company PRO for new visas, cancellations or renewal and providing the required documents for further process.
• Ticket Booking for employees
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Perform other duties assigned
