Position: Data Analyst (Compensation & Benefits division)
No. of contractors required: 2
Term: 4 â 6 months (may be extended based on future requirement)
Typical accountabilities for the role: -
⢠Analyzing data using statistical techniques and providing reports
⢠Developing and implementing databases and data collection systems / processes
⢠Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems
⢠Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
⢠Formatting and proofreading of data, documents and Power Point presentations
⢠Design and standardization of forms and formatting in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
⢠Strong analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience: -
⢠Bachelorâs degree in relevant discipline
⢠Worked within the Human Resource environment for 6 â 8 years
⢠Familiar with Compensation & Benefits, HR Policies & Processes, HR Budgeting, HR Operations, Talent Management Processes.
⢠Advanced use of MS Excel, MS Power Point and other MS applications.
⢠Experience in Data analysis and familiar with HR processes
