These are the main responsibilities:
- To quickly acquire a detailed understanding and knowledge of the reporting and analytical tools used by collections unit. Thorough knowledge of SAS.
- Design, develop & automate MIS to monitor daily performance, productivity and daily MIS models.
- To maintain accuracy and integrity of department reporting and analytical tool as per defined work instruction and test procedures.
- To produce standard reports by using Access, Excel and business objects as per agreed schedule or on request.
- To prepare collections and recovery performance report for teams to ensure goals and objectives are met.
- Ability to process, analyze, interpret and present data, as well as recommend actions based on the results
