Role Purpose:
- Over 8 years of experience in developing BI Dashboards/reports utilizing SQL server, BI environment and PowerBI
- SAP Business Objects user administration and content management
- MIS BO/Crystal Report Development
- Managing MIS BO universes
- Creating new classes /objects in existing universe
- New BO universe development as per business/project requirement
- Providing SAP BO/Crystal Report Support
- Providing UAT Support for new BO universe/report implementation
- Microsoft Power BI Development experience
- Analyze the business and technical requirements from day-to-day activities/ problems including requests received from Users.
- Evaluate different systems to automate the business area and prepare comparative study accordingly.
- Plan, manage and control the project tasks and activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Recommends multiple technical option / solution with appropriate information for the team leaders to choose an option.
- Make technical recommendations on Solution and systems to improve processes.
- Responsible for the technical design of the applications assigned.
- Develop reporting solution based on business requirement and implement it.
- Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services.
- Completion of the assigned tasks to satisfy the Usersâ needs within agreed time frame.
Submit the report on timely manner based on ITD policies, plans and procedures and attend to meetings as per work requirements & planning policies and submit / update the projects status through the system biweekly basis and submit reports when required related to group including international expansion

Participate in systems implementation or solution deployment. Supporting business Users to translate ADIB business requirements to Vendors
Application Maintenance & Support
Provide first level support to all readymade Banking Systems and Financial Applications
Provide the maintenance & support to all Vendor applications.
Monitor day-to-day business Application Systems problems / errors. Investigating the problems and resolving them.
Information Security
Maintain information security related to, throughout the period of employment.
As soon as possible, report any potential or actual risks or incidents affecting the security of information to the helpdesk.

- Proven experience and exceptionally strong understanding of SQL, relational database technologies, preferably Sybase, Oracle and SQL server.
