GRAPHICS MANAGER The Graphics Manager will direct the production and layout of artwork and platemaking (printing, sublimation and engraving), facilitating communication and collaboration across departments to ensure project/client specifications are met. Duty hours and salary to be discussed during the interview JOB REQUIREMENT: - - Expert and knowledgeable in Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop and other equivalent software designing. - Must be knowledgeable in operating laser engraving machine, business card printer and cutter, heat transfer machine, and other related/similar machines. - Must know how to type 'Arabic' letter and words. - Oversees the day-to-day workflow and output of the department. Manages art preparation and platemaking (printing, sublimation and engraving) layout, providing guidance as needed. - Provides guidance and leadership on projects; creates and implements additional training and development as needed. - Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. - Perform regular inspections of machines and equipment used by the company. - Supervising and executing activities including creation of computer graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication. - Interact with the client directly along with the graphic designer. He/she must oversee the team's work and check whether they are able to obtain the right data or information in order to sketch out the customer requirement. - Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company - Train and mentor junior designers and entry-level entrants - Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor degree required; BFA in in Art, Graphic Arts, or related discipline highly preferred. - Preferably with managerial experience - More than five years of experience in graphic designing - Excellent creative and innovative skills - Strong oral and written communication skills - Excellent salesmanship skills - Ability to use strong analytical and artistic approach to solve complex issues - Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks
