Project Sales Manager (Building Materials)

Job Description

Sales Manager for construction Industry with minimum 10 years experience as Manager and 15-20 yrs of experience in Project Sales, especially for the Plumbing Products to the construction projects required for a leading manufacturing company in the UAE. Persons with established relation with Consultants and Contractors of EPC/INFRA/ MEP projects in UAE is only considered . He should be an Engineer with MBA and possess excellent communication / negotiation skills along with the capacity to lead a team of sales persons.

Responsibilities:- Sales strategy and Plan with time frame (short term & long term) Team management Meeting the Contractors & Consultants Establish strong relation with Contractors & Consultants Generate enquiries Follow up with Contractors and close the deals
