Responsible for: General cleaning and housekeeping duties. Storeman duties, e.g. receives, stores and despatches material. Cleaning tasks: • Daily cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, sweeping or vacuuming. • Cleaning and upkeeping of all assigned areas. • Removing debris and empty trash, keeping areas tidy. • Cleans and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Storeman tasks: • Takes delivery of material and ensure that quantity, quality and other specifications are correct. • Assists in physical count of inventory. • Ensures proper storage of material. • Ensures the material is stored safely. • Assists in material despatch to various areas. • Assists in packing and unpacking of items. • Marks stock items. • Examines and inspect stock items for wear or defects and report any damages. • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
• High School completion • 2 years stores/logistics experience • 2 years cleaning experience • Hygiene conscious • Basic knowledge of health & safety standards • Good communication skills in English • Ability to multitask
