Responsibilities: Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, corporate training sessions, supply chain, logistics and transportation training etc. Develop new training processes and follow ups. Design the outline of the trainings and customizing. Deliver consistently excellent training sessions to the participants. Provide high-quality exam preparation instruction to the participants. Design, develop, and maintain test preparation materials. Prepare classroom and coursework materials and assignments. Deliver Training to a range of classes and age groups. Mark attendance and other records. Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Supply Chain Trainer. Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures. Must have technical skills related to supply chain. Must have the ability to design effective training programs and study materials. Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching. Knowledgeable in adult learning methodologies. Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset. Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. Organizational and time management abilities. Critical thinking and decision making. International Certification in HR is a plus. Arabic speaking is a plus.
