Voice Network Engineer

Job Description

Telecommunication Engineer should posses knowledge on Software Based or hardware based IP PABX/UC solutions including • Experience with design and configuration of voice infrastructure. • Experience with Avaya, IP Office Range and Aura or Cisco CUCM • Experience of Open source/SIP Based telephony like Asterisk, Free switch and Gateway Installation. • Understanding of different voice codecs like H.323, SIP, G.711, G.729 and SCCP. • Handson experience in Pabx systems like Panasonic, Grandstream, 3CX, Yealink, D-link will be an added advantage. • Configuration of IVR/Auto attendant ,voice mail systems, Call Center Features across the above mentioned products. • Designing & implementing inbound/outbound call flow routing , Call Flow • Interconnecting telephony for multiple branches.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Telecommunication Products like Avaya, Cisco, Yeastar, 3cx , Asterisk.
