Responsibilities: • Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, corporate training sessions, soft skills training etc • Deliver consistently excellent training sessions to students. • Design effective training programs and study materials. • Provide high-quality exam preparation instruction to students. • Design, develop, and maintain test preparation materials. • Administer and score practice tests and provide feedback to students. • Prepare classroom, coursework materials and assignments. • Training to a range of classes and age groups. • Mark attendance and other records. • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer for a minimum of 5 years. • Experienced with delivering HR and Soft Skills Trainings. • Knowledgeable in adult learning methodologies • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching. • Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset. • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. • Organizational and time management abilities. • Critical thinking and decision making. • International Certification in Human Resources is a plus. English Speaking and Arabic Speaking candidates are both required.
