Sales Administrator

Job Description

Purpose: To ensure that all reporting of data to Dealer Principal is conducted within the required timescales and to assist with the communication of specification and pricing information to the Sales Team. Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities: • Updating the Dealer Principal vehicle reporting system in line with dealer and Ali and Sons requirement. • Providing specification and pricing information to the Sales Team. • Updating the internal stock board and stock lists ensuring accuracy of information. • Responsible for administering car checking at port and ensuring timely transfer to vehicle storage facility. • Completing weekly Dealer Principal reports along with accurate customer details for CSS program. • Completing support claims and submitting to Principal dealer monthly. • Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

- A Bachelor’s degree / diploma - Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales administration in Car new sales showroom - Computer literate - Fluency in English
