Candidates should have Experience of online Customer service Reporting to the General Manger you will be tasked with managing the brands CRM platform • Planning, managing and executing the companies CRM strategy across customer loyalty and retention • Analysing the data from CRM platform in order to customize marketing strategies across the brands providing a quantifiable ROI • Working with the internal Marketing / Buying & PR team to set a promotional calendar • Dealing with internal & external stakeholders like Marketing / IT / Operations and 3rd party agencies & web development partners • Working with marketing to create new promotional material that would be suitable for the Middle East market • Planning, managing and executing the companies CRM strategy across customer loyalty and retention
