1.Provide reports to management on regular basis as per the given reporting schedule or requirement from time to time . 2.Assist General Manager on Analyzing business trends or upcoming targets or readiness of fleet based on business data. 3.Provide information related to fleet aging analysis , cost incurrence on aging fleet . 4. Maintain residual value matrix based on historic trends and also develop forecasting model for business . 5. Report on segment wise trend analysis. 6. Develop customer wise revenue vs cost reports on conjunction with finance team. 7.Provide details on lease extensions on monthly basis to respective business units . 8. Develop reports on fleet idle and NRM for each location in coordination with IT . 9.Work with fleet in developing vehicle model wise repairs and maintenance matrix which should be guiding principle for cost working on leases. 10.Manage regular reporting to GM Office . 11. Manage MIS and files for GM Office . 12. Perform other related tasks assigned by superiors .
