Legal Advisor

Job Description

We are currently seeking for a Legal Advisor to administer entire Legal Affairs of group. Key responsibilities: •Give accurate advises written and oral to the management, department heads and other senior management personnel’s on all legal issues. •Drafting and vetting of all kind of documents, contracts and agreements and other legal correspondence. •Handling matters related to leasing and property departments. •Represent the legal team in negotiation of lease agreements. •Developing and implementing legal strategy to devise efficient defense strategies to protect the interests of the company. •Advise the Company on the formulation and compliance of corporate governance policies and statutory compliances. •Overseeing the Trademark registrations, Agency registrations, Litigations, Labor cases, rental disputes and criminal issues. •Select and retain external legal counsel to handle complex litigations if required by the Company. •Guide and monitor the overall delivery of legal services. Set and ensure the strategy and goals of legal department in alignment with the larger organizational goals. •Advise Human Resource Department to provide legal advice about benefits, employee relations, and other sensitive issues and evaluate potential employment practice risks. •Advising to shareholders on corporate structuring and restructuring. •Maintain current knowledge of laws and regulations and update the Organization on relevant changes. •Monitor and maintain knowledge of current trends in the healthcare industry and pursue ongoing professional development to maintain current knowledge on best practices
