Job Summary:
The CRM Application Consultant will provide consulting, out-of-the-box implementation, training, installation, and support for clients using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As a member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the tasks required for a successful CRM implementation. The consultant will work in a team environment with responsibility for the on-time, on-budget delivery of multiple customer projects.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing, and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather and understand client functional requirements
• Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions, and demos when appropriate and requested
• Configure the application to meet a client s requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK
• Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
• Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
• Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back-office/ERP applications
• Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)
• Provide support to existing CRM clients
• Continuously improve knowledge of the CRM series and hold certifications, or plan on obtaining certifications on certain time frames, in the most current versions
Desired Candidate Profile
• 4-6 years of experience
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge in MS Dynamics CRM
