We are looking for applicants who will be responsible for coordinating sales teams to help us keep growing. Applicants will be working closely with the Sales & Leasing team to reach sales targets. Responsibilities: • Listing and managing marketing/advertising activities campaign on sales portals like Propspace, Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle daily to generate sales leads. • Coordinate with both In-house agents and brokers in generating sales leads. • Effectively & professionally answering on dealing with enquiries of the agents and clients. • Maintained up-to-date records at all the times to ensure properties are accurately advertised and accounted. • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports. • Conduct market research and identify trends.
Qualifications • Proven 3+ years’ experience in sales or sales coordinator • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Proven work experience in the relevant industry (Real estate is a plus). • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills • Experience in CRM, Propspace • A team player with high level of dedication
