Senior Legal Counsel - Arabic Speaker

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known holding firm in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Legal Counsel (Arabic speaker) will be responsible for:

Acting as the main point of contact for any and all litigation matters;

Reviewing and drafting of various commercial documentation;

Take a practical and operational approach to the legal function of the business and client’s interest;

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

• With minimum 6+ years PQE with good experience in corporate and commercial
• Has worked in any investment/financial services/holding firms in the UAE
• Has provided legal support for clients from a variety of commercial industries r
• Willing to be based in Abu Dhabi
