TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Architect
• Analyze and create technology for cloud computing, network and virtual devices for enterprise data center and infrastructure, including operating system, applications, servers, storage, backup, LAN, WAN, routers and adapters.
• Upgrade and manage software, hardware and networks
• Managing servers, systems and cloud solutions. Maintain the stability of network servers (such as file servers, firewall, and VPN portal).
• Formulating work needs situations, statement of action, providing input to the IT strategy in the annual budget
• Analysis of technical requirements and plans to identify infrastructure designs, potential issues and related costs.
As Network Administrator
• Maintaining network integrity, implementing server services and security.
• Group Policy Management (GP), DNS and DHCP server management and preparation
• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
• Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
• Monitor network performance and integrity
• Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
• Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
• Mentor team members on technical issues
• Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g., access authentication and disaster recovery)
• Communicate with users when needed
• Maintain complete technical documentation
• Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
• Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator
• Solid background in network administration and architecture
• In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF)
• Familiarity with access control models and network security
• Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (e.g Python, Perl)
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds network tools)
• Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS)
• Sharp troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
As Windows Administrator
• Design and application of new Hyper-V blocks
• Set up, apply and manage the mail server (Exchange)
• Preparing, applying and managing Microsoft teams (MS-Teams)
• Set up, apply and manage SCCM
• Set up, apply and manage SCOM
• Design, set up, apply and manage SharePoint Servers
• Manage and provide storage using iSCSI, NFS and CIFS volumes
• Set up, apply and manage file server
• Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
As Monitoring Consultant
• Track the efficiency of devices and systems (databases and networks)
• Management of servers, sub-devices, printers, adapters, wireless network and IP phones
• Solve problems reported by users
As DR Expert
• Assessing future risks for systems and programs
• Planning and management of a disaster recovery site
• Management, operation and activation of the disaster recovery reserve environment
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Experience in data center infrastructure, network and operations
• A broad understanding of public and private cloud service delivery (Iaas, Paas, SaaS)
• A comprehensive understanding of security, virtual devices, storage, backups, cloud computing, networks, firewall, VPN portal, business continuity, planning and disaster recovery
• Virtual hardware experience (VMWare, Hyper-V, SAN, NAS, backup solutions and Azure
• Experience in Windows Server 2008 and beyond, application servers, MS SQL, Active Directory, Mail Server, PowerShell Programming
• Core Switching experience
• Enterprise Application Structure (SharePoint, Web - Existing Systems, Mail Server, Active Directory etc.)
• Technical expertise in the field of relaying and upgrading servers and complex multi-stage network on hybrid cloud platforms
• Familiar with agile Computing methodologies
• Cloud computing, local networks and security/hardware services
• Clustering and Load Balancing
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive IT experience
• A minimum of 8 years of work experience in practical environment institutions
• A minimum of 6 years in the application and support of virtual server infrastructure
• Minimum two years in cloud support and application and resources (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of designing technical solutions for Microsoft Central
• A minimum of 4 years of network management experience
• Security controls including insulation, topical and temporal encryption, data transfer, key management (Public/Private keys), vulnerability assessment and firewall applications
• Experience in building and supporting critical technology components with DR disaster recovery capabilities.
• Strong skills in written and verbal communication and communication with individuals
• The ability to prioritize and perform tasks effectively in a dynamic and high pressure environment
• Extensive experience in applying critical thinking clear in stressful and critical situations
• The ability to deliver tasks on time and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT or its equivalent in engineering technology
• Preferably with a Master's degree (computer science or IT).
• Technology certifications required: MCSA, MCSE, Exchange Server Management, SharePoint Management, CCNA, Azure Administration Associate, ITIL, Exchange Server, Microsoft Certified
Trainer, and others such as data center management certificates, M365, VMWare, NXT, DevOPS.
