Job Description

The CRM Administrator willinterpretdataand turn it into information which will assist in improving the business for the Al Ghandi Auto Group.The Administrator willcollate information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends. Train employees to follow company standards and procedures when creating reports. The DA will report directly to the Customer Relations Manager. The analyst will work closely with the Team Leaders and Managers of CRM, Sales and Aftersales to identify areas of weakness where improvements can be instilled to create valuable customer experiences. The candidate should have the ability to work in a fast paced busy environment and possess a genuine passion for analysis and business development. • General duties ◦ Use the available systems & hard-paper data to create relevant data as required by the Manager ◦ Ensure complete & thorough understanding of requirement prior to working on the data ◦ Performing rigorous analysis to assess quality of data prior to publishing ◦ Preparing reports based on analysis and assisting the Manager in presenting to the Management ◦ Developing and creating data layout like Dashboards, tables, charts, graphs and process flow diagrams ◦ Escalate to the Manager any potential delays in provision of scheduled reports & provide practical workarounds ◦ Identify, recommend & create tools/methods for automation of reports as & when possible ◦ Train staff on usage of reports tools in order to reduce dependencies & improve self-reliance ◦ Ensure compliance to User license/access compliance procedures as per company's policy ◦ Identify, remove & correct inaccurate/corrupted data from relevant systems after seeking relevant approvals ◦ Work closely with the department in identifying and resolving incorrect/inaccurate data capturing & reporting in order to avoid repetition ◦ Liaise/attend meetings with IT/other departments as & when required for completion of given tasks/objectives ◦ Recommend/provide feedback on new/enhancement of systems as & when required ◦ Competent with telephony systems ◦ Competent with Salesforce ◦ Develop & enhance CRM reports for Sales, AS & CRM operations ◦ Work with the IT department to integrate current system with other applications and functionality ◦ Play a hands-on role customizing and enhancing CRM applications, leveraging experience with built-in administration, reporting and developing tools. ◦ Occasionally be ready to support by assisting customers on calls

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have at least College Degree in Administration. • Excel Certification or proven experience is a must • Experience in e-commerce operations and automotive backgrounds is an advantage. • Proactive with resolutions. • Willingness to learn new skills. • Ambitious and Motivated. • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to work unaided. • Experience: ◦ Minimum 8 years’ experience in administration is a must. ◦ Call Center background would be an added advantage • Prerequisites (must possess all these): ◦ Excel Certification. ◦ Microsoft Office. ◦ Attention to Detail. ◦ Deadline-Oriented. ◦ Excellent communication skills.
