Currently, these roles are based on commission only, but will be converting to full employment status at a later date.
SPL International is a growing brand within the international UHNW, HNW and Philanthropy spaces. We have a focus on giving for good on a global scale through our own philanthropy missions, as well as to serve the international wealth and family office sectors in assisting them to source rare/super/hyper/classic cars, private aviation and marine, as well as real estate/property and a proportion of our fees go into our own CSR.
To expand upon these activities, we are seeking experienced Business Development Professionals who are based remotely internationally. You will be identifying and negotiating with new HNW, UHNW and Family Office clients to confidentially source their assets as described for them, agreeing terms and briefing our skilled Panel of sourcers as well as being the liaison between both the sourcers and the clients throughout each project.
Another part of the role will be to market 'display' advertising on the SPL International website, for 'high ticket' asset sales that can be in the public domain. These clients will be a mix of dealers, agents and private & commercial/corporate vendors.
You will have gained significant skills and experience in communicating and negotiating with the wealth communities, and have a passion one or more of the assets described (cars, aviation, marine, real estate). You are an established Business Developer and are ultimately, looking to develop further in a growth Business.
