MUST 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED IN REAL ESTATE • We are looking for a qualified Portfolio Manager to sell Real Estate property to prospective buyers. • Responsibilities; • Evaluate the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions • Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability • Achieving the revenue target set by the management. • Making sure that all the client's data is touched base. • Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices. • Required Competencies; • Proven working experience in real estate or Insurance industry. • Proven track record of sales • Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively • Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation • Trustworthy and results-driven • Basic knowledge of MS Office Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission Contract length: 24 months
