Job Description

- Set up emails of team members and install on their smart phones and laptops.
- Install and set up Microsoft office on mac, set up emails, shared folder, and iCloud account for team members
- Give team access to software used to operate the business. This includes Slack, Mailing list, ERP, Airtable, AcceleratorApp, Hubspot, Zoom, shared folder, and any other software used by the team to run the business.
- Ensure that the software used by team is operating and maintained (monthly payment are processed, data is synchronized and backed up)
- Be available in the office during working hours for urgent requests and technical issues
- Quickly solve IT problems and come up with solutions when facing specific operational challenges
- Laise with counterparties to ensure compliance from IT and cybersecurity perspective
