- Perform day to day accounting and store keeping functions ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Compilation and preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, client invoice preparation
- Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock along with maintaining the proper way of packing robots
- Coordinate the handling of freight, logistics and the movement of robots along with necessary minor repairs.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Responsible for the day to day check on the storage facilities of upkeep and hygiene.
- Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
- Monitor and take inventory on periodic basis to compile orders based on requirements
- Loading and offloading the shipment with drivers and driver assistants.
- Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems (scanning and uploading the documents to Zoho)
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to concerned internal staff and record keeping.
- Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
Requirements
- Should have experience in warehouse store keeping and logistics
- Preferable to have strong build to handle robots
- Preferable to have UAE Driving License
- Should be hard working and committed
- Must be able to work from our Al Quoz Warehouse
