Qualifications: University Degree Familiarity in database application such as – SCALA, ORACLE, SAP Having advance skills of MS applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent in communication skills in English – both verbal and written Must have experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics procedures for moving hazardous and non-hazardous goods. Working knowledge is a must for importing/exporting documents (Incoterms 2000) Job Description: Manage Logistics process of Client’s orders and enquiries Handles export/import documentation in line with customers’ requirements Prepare quotations Maintains accurate records for recording exports and quotations Process information into FOCUS system Assist to prepare and submit month closing report Coordinate with internal department to ensure customer needs are fulfilled Other duties as directed by GM and Supply Chain Supervisor
