Production Supervisor

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Responsibilities; 1. Setting daily / weekly objectives and communicating them to employees 2. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules 3. Oversee the production employee's performance 4. Track how team members spend their time 5. Check production output according to specifications 6. Check production output according to specifications 7. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements 8. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures 9. Ensure strict safety guideline and company standards

Requirements 1. Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role 2. Experience in using various types of machinery and tools 3. Advance skills in MS Office 4. Organizational and leadership abilities 5. Communication and interpersonal skills 6. Self motivated and result driver approach 7. Problem solving skills 8. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Chemical graduate
