Your Responsibilities
• Manage all related operational HR activities
• Provide creative and flexible HR solutions to support business growth whilst balancing the company interests and the line department requirements with equal priority
• Initiate, create and support changes to corporate HR policy, processes and practices for the region and practices to reflect the continuing needs of HR and the needs of the relevant business areas.
• Train and advise line managers on HR and employee relations matters, internal policy, and legislative issues, ensuring a flexible but consistent approach is maintained across the business area.
• Support the Head of HR MENA on projects involving performance management
• Provide on-the-job counselling and coaching to line managers and staff in performance management concepts and the specific company performance management process
• Support Head of HR MENA in all change management projects, organisation structural changes, reward initiatives and all ongoing people related projects
• Provide direct support to both the functions and markets and HR Recruitment team during any recruitment and selection practices, and training and development plans/programmes.
• Work with the Finance team ensuring that all payroll relates files, activities are updated and completed on time.
Your Qualifications
• The successful candidate must hold a Masters in HR or a CIPD Level 5 and above
• Be a seasoned HR professional with a minimum 5 to 8 years experience, with an increasing accountability and operating in a supervisory/team role across range of key functional areas within HR including delivery of HR consultancy to business management
• Have professional knowledge of change management, organisational development, talent management, job descriptions, job evaluations, HR systems and competency based interviewing techniques
• Ability to energise and inspire the team to implement innovative solutions
• Be fluent in Arabic with French being advantageous
