We are looking for a responsible Receptionist to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. Responsibilities .
Maintain internal databases .
Keep employee records (physical and digital) .
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail .
Prepare regular reports and presentations .
Organize, store, print and file company documents as needed .
Answer and redirect phone calls .
Handle queries from managers and employees .
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships .
Work closely with sales team and other departments .
Interact with the manufactures and suppliers to obtain best possible cost information in the preparation of the proposal. .
Prepare quotations consistent with our pricing guidelines in a timely fashion and maintain the quotations database Requirements .
Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, Tally, Basic knowledge of Image Editing, Google sheets etc.) .
Excellent organizational and time-management skills .
Strong written and oral communication skills .
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail .
Customer service attitude .
Mathematical skills with the ability to perform basic calculations accurately and quickly
