The organization also caters different services such as; supply chain solutions, retail logistics, warehouse facilities & distribution within different sectors. “Required an eCommerce Manager that is numbers driven, has a strong commercial ethos and a "trader's mentality” Responsibilities • Responsible for web advertising technologies and overall web advertising information architecture. • Execution and optimization of online marketing budgets and online marketing campaigns through online or offline channels. • Develop the short, medium and long-term ecommerce strategies and operational planning for the organization. • Develop the strategic sales and business development plan and identify new areas of business to increase market share both geographically and across business segments. • Responsible & accountable for everything that goes on in the company’s E-commerce platforms. • Identify potential Joint Venture partners and acquisition opportunities to fast track growth. • Responsible of products posting, ensuring that all links are working, maintaining an updated database of inventory. • Responsible of payment portals to maintain secure payment mechanisms. • Source different delivery options, plan and arrange delivery of products in a cost effective manner. Skills and Qualifications • High level of proficiency on PPC (and other forms of SEA) including real-time biding techniques, keyword generation techniques, SEO, social marketing (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or other), re-targeting and display advertising and digital PR. • Has managed ecommerce website acquisition for at least 3 years, with direct acquisition budget responsibilities. • Experience in improving website conversion; including a background using and managing advanced interactive technologies. • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising tools and advertising technology landscape such as digital media buying platforms, advertising optimization platform, ad servers technology ad networks mobile advertising solutions, social advertising tools is required. • 3-6 years in eCommerce management and digital marketing, with focus on customer and lead acquisition. • Bachelor's degree in either business or an E-commerce related subject. • Managing in Fashion & Accessories, retail environment is preferred. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role, proven track record identifying and winning new business across multiple geographies.
