We are looking for a result-driven Coordinator - Service to join our Service Centre Team based in Jaddaf, Dubai. You will be responsible for supporting daily Service Centre operations to ensure effective coordination between the technical team and Taqeef customers. The qualified candidate must have previous experience of at least 3 to 4 years of experience in the customer service field. You must have excellent communication, and organizational skills to be considered for this role. Key responsibilities: • Coordinate and support day to day Service Centre operations in an efficient manner. • Register enquiry from call centre and verify customer details in the ERP System NAV. • Coordinate job orders with the technical team to ensure timely completion. • Support and address in timely manner technical team queries during the works on site. • Ensure jobs orders payments are collected from customers and reported to the Service Centre Manager/Supervisor. • Respond to and escalate customers’ enquiries promptly. • Act as helpdesk to assist Service Centre employees on HR and Admin matters. • Complete regular reports to the upper management when and as required. • Provide high-quality customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints received from customers. Required qualifications: • Higher diploma in the relevant field. • 4+ years of experience in a customer service environment. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Hands-on experience in resolving customer issues and complaints. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Stress resistant and patient with people. • Ability to build relationships with others. • Intermediate MS Office skills. • Intermediate English skills, Arabic is an advantage.
