- This role is for high caliber fresh graduate who will be under a development program for 2 years.
- The program consists of different levels of training and development including on-job-training, in house training and external training.
- Other elements of the development program are customized based on the requirements of the targeted job.
- The program includes a parodic review on the developees progress during the program and the customization of the program will be based on these progress meetings by the concerned parties.
