Office Admin / Secretary Responsibilities and Duties - Prepare and reviewed the attendance of Office - Maintain hard and soft copy for HR files for all employees - Prepare offer letter, joining letter for hired applicant - Keep and issue forms for all employee request such as, vacation request, sick leave, passport, etc… - Hand out employees application - Assists in time management activities, organizing data, writing and filing correspondence - Responsible for basic bookkeeping, filling, and clerical duties - Perform other related duties as required - Collect and distribute parcels and other mail - Take and relay messages - Create and make professional email correspondence to the customer and vendors. - Attending incoming & outgoing calls and keep records. - Greeting and assisting visitors and quests. - Sort out mails and distribute - Contact potential or existing customers to introduce about our service. - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close events sales. - Fix appointment for Departmental Team Meetings. - Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Must have good communication skill and able to send business profiles by email to potential clients to generate leads. Qualifications and Skills At least 1-2years experience in F&B, Retail, and Fashion. Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize the work using tools, like Google Drive, MS Office Tools like, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and office equipment
