We are looking for a HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department. With 10 years of experience in Contracting and Manufacturing Industry Preferred: Arabic With the following responsibilities: Human Resource management working knowledge and sufficient understanding of UAE labor Must have proven HR experience. Experience of payroll, visa Processing, recruitment, general HR Functions and full administration. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Oversee the HRMS system identification and implementation across the company Ensure legal compliance in human resource management (Onboarding, Employee Relations, Comp & Ben, Attrition etc.) for office and manufacturing site Oversees the administration function and ensures that all legal requirements are met and applications are timely submitted. Manages the execution of the performance evaluation process as per company policy and procedure Monitors the activities of the Public Relations Officers (PRO) and Government Relations Officers (GRO) As a part of the human resources planning process maintains and controls the company’s staff leave plan Reviews and proposes enhancements related to HR relevant policies and procedures and works continuously on their improvement Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
