Accountant Accounts Receivable

The ideal candidate will possess accounting background, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role. Responsibilities Preparing expense reports / Call Teller / Reconciling supplier invoices and booking job costs / Following with sales team for Accounts Receivables / Handling petty cash expenses / Ensure to complete all invoicing on day-to-day basis / Preparing all necessary financial reports / Supporting Senior Accountant and Finance Director. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
