Sales Representative

A reputable interior design and decoration fit-out company based in Sharjah is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous UAE experience in a sales role is a must. List of duties and responsibilities: • Assist in achieving growth and hit sales targets • Actively seek out new sales opportunities • Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections for contracts • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams • Perform other related duties as required Fixed salary based on experience + attractive commission scheme Must have UAE Driving License
