Facilities Manager

Fully understand the scope and responsibilities of the function and author the FM strategy to service the requirements of the client

Manage the in house staff ensuring that the staff are identified, trained, retained and their inputs meet the client's expectations

Develop the staff development programs such as skills enhancement, training and tool box sessions

Evaluate the work quality of directs reports and other subordinates

Manage the FM budget Establish and implement FM strategies for the properties under management
