Job summary This role will provide administrative support to one of our branches. We are seeking an outstanding customer focused Administrative Assistant to join a fast growing company to provide a high quality administration service. Main Duties: Deal with clients on daily basis over the phone and by email, maintain relationships with them, ensure their satisfaction, handle complaints and requirements Liaise with clients in person at the training field on a daily basis Follow up on payments and handle collection of money whenever necessary Use company-based computer system to record payments and entry data Carry out other appropriate general office duties as assigned by the management Provide administration support to the team Required Skills IT Literate in Word, Outlook & Excel Strong customer service and sales skills Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding telephone manner in English Excellent command of spelling and grammar Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Office environment Ability to work effectively within a team and independently Self motivated and dedicated Excellent time management Ability to carry out administrative tasks quickly and accurately Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues Professionalism in dealing with clients send update cv and motivational letter to email
